Coaching Process
A “typical” coaching process consists of the following stages:
. Diagnosis and Assessment
. Process design and proposal
. implementation
. feedback and evaluation
Most processes are 1 on 1, sometimes in organizations team coaching is facilitated.
After an initial session, focused on understanding the context and situations, identifying issues and setting initial goals and objectives, coaching sessions take place three to four times a month. As the coaching progresses, the length and frequency of the sessions is adjusted.
The coaching process is confidential.

Themes and Topics in Coaching Processes
Several themes and topics are approached across coaching processes: time management, career, business strategy, negotiation, sales, stress management, communication, public speaking, sales skills, relationships, conflict management, decisions, meetings, among others.
All the material is practical, experiencial and meant to allow participants to immediately practice what they learn and experience.
Themes and topics are tailor-made solutions considering the individual and organizational culture, needs and expectations.
